I agree. Properly defining a problem or developing a research question is an important stage in the research process. A researchable question is an ambiguity about a problem that can be examined, challenged and analyzed to form into valuable information. A successful research study depends upon how well the researcher devises the research question based on the problems pertaining to the field of study. The primary questions of a research study provide important direction to make a decision whether the topic is researchable, relevant and significant.

I agree. Developing scientific research requires adherence to ethical guidelines.
